Prof Jan-Hinrik Meyer-Sahling

Teaching

I started to teach in the year 2000 as a part-time teacher at the LSE. In 2001/2002, I taught MA students at Birkbeck College. From 2002 – 2004, I was a Tutorial Fellow in Comparative Public Administration and Public Policy at the London School of Economics. I taught on the MSc in Public Policy and Administration as well as on the undergraduate programmes of the Government Department. In 2004 I joined the School of Politics and International Relations at Nottingham University as a Lecturer in European Politics. Since joining Nottingham, I have taught at undergraduate and postgraduate level. I have primarily covered the areas of comparative politics, especially politics in Europe East and West, and research design and methods in political science. I have been involved in the teaching of short courses at the European University Institute, Florence, University of Pavia, and the Hungarian Institute of Public Administration in Budapest.

Please see below for a list of modules that I have taught. If you have questions regarding the content of the modules and the teaching material that I use for the delivery of the modules, please do not hesitate to contact me.
